What we collect
When you place an order or submit recipes through the Recipe Submission Portal, we collect: your name and email address, your shipping address, your family's recipe content, stories, and photos, and your order details.

We do not collect payment information directly — all payments are processed securely through Squarespace and its payment partners. We never see your full card number.

How we use it
We use your information to fulfill your order: design your cookbook, communicate with you about proofs and revisions, and ship your finished books. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your family's photos or stories for marketing without your explicit permission.

Who we share it with
We use the following services to operate the business: Squarespace (website and order processing), Google Drive (recipe submission storage), Lulu (print fulfillment — your shipping address is shared with Lulu to deliver your order). Each of these services maintains its own privacy and security practices.

How we protect it
Your recipe submissions are stored in a password-protected system. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data, and we do not retain it longer than necessary to fulfill and support your order.

Your rights
You can contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we hold and to request its deletion.
